Measure your wrist size by wrapping a tape measure or string around your wrist at the smallest point, then adding 1 inch (2.5cm) to the measurement. This will give you your bracelet size.

For the colour-plated jewelry:

Typically all orders do require 2-4 business days for fulfillment on top of the estimated shipping time. Business days are Monday to Friday. 

To request a return please contact us at info@hexagonjewellery.com and provide your order number as well as the number of the items you would like to return. Please include your receipt or invoice and make sure the jewelry is in the same condition you received it and with all labels still attached.
HEXAGON JEWELRY will not be responsible for returns that are lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
